CNC Laser Cutting AND PROFILING

Ewart Engineering provide CNC Laser Cutting and Profiling, ranging from small engineering projects to large global manufacturing operations.

Our extensive laser capacity includes four machines with auto sheet handling and shuttle tables. Our knowledge and experience in this area is extensive, and our processes allow us to produce unlimited batch quantities.

The initial process involves ferrous and non ferrous metal profiling. Our laser capacity is up to 25mm thick with a 4×2 metre sheet capacity. This includes a fully automated, unmanned laser cutting service, giving us an extremely competitive edge.

We also offer a CNC ESAB profiler (4 heads), with a burn capacity of up to 150mm thickness, and an 8×2 metre plate capacity.
