As part of our welding facilities, we offer robotic welding in the form of a Motoman Twin Robot Gantry welding system.
Used for welding large fabrications, the system comprises of a 7 metre gantry with two 3 tonne manipulators and two gantry-slung 6-axis HP20-6 robot welders. Remotely programmable via an NX100 robot controller, both robots can work in tandem or independently for increased productivity, and feature a state-of-the-art automatic seam search for superb performance.
